We were excited when we got the chance to list and market this really cool and unique house in the Fleming Island area of Orange Park, Florida. Homes with different styles are much more fun to advertise and this one fit the bill nicely.
The seller contacted us after attempting to sell with other real estate agents from various real estate firms unsuccessfully for 519 days. By the way, we SOLD it in only 127 days!
After our listing presentation and subsequent signing of the listing paperwork we got right to work and pulled out all the stops…like we do on all of our listings.
We took a tour of the home and wrote down copious notes on all the great features this Orange Park home had to offer, took all the photos and shot the home tour video.
Seems like every time we do a video for a seller we out do ourselves. The seller of this home actually owned his own business and was so impressed with the video we did on his house, he asked if we would do one for his business. While we were honored that someone would think that highly of our very amateur videography skills, we declined after much consideration.
